FEE SCHEDULE:

In order for us to agree to assist any client with the provision of our services, the client must accept his financial responsibility, that is to say to pay our fees, disbursements, costs and other expenses incurred in the initiation, the follow-up and the conclusion of the file..

The determination of our fees is by agreement with the client.

Our usual hourly rate is 250 € (plus VAT).

In the case of a very complex file, this rate may be revised upwards in agreement with the client.

The fee would be decided by negotiation with the client

For a complex issue, a fixed fee plus an additional fee to reflect the outcome of the file , is proposed to the client.

An estimate is provided upon request and a provision of 30 to 50% of the fee is requested on opening the file. A statement of procedure, disbursements and expenses is made available.

We take into account the complexity and difficulty of each case, the time to be devoted to it, the responsibility we assume, the provision of services, our skills and our reputation.

Therefore:

Work on a file can not commence unless a reasonable amount on account of fees has been paid. This payment on account is necessary for the opening of any file.
